Abstract

1. Distribuidor de productos cosméticos viscosos en especial pasta dental, del tipo que comprende un reciente cilíndrico que presenta una superficie de cubierta y un pistón que sigue el avance del contenido viscoso del reciente, que yace herméticamente con la periferia sobre la pared lateral interna del recipiente, provocado por una depresión y por la presión del aire atmosférico, en el sentido de la superficie de cubierta, así como con una bomba de membrana que presenta una válvula de admisión en la superficie de cubierta, una válvula de salida del distribuidor y un compartimiento de bomba que queda entre las válvulas, comprimible elásticamente, cerrado con excepción de las válvulas, caracterizado porque la válvula de admisión (18) está constituida por una ranura anular (23) que discurre simétricamente en la superficie de cubierta (4), de forma circular simétricamente con respecto al eje del recipiente (2), con una anillo de recubrimiento (24) circular, retenido en el compartimiento de bomba (19) de forma elástica, bajo tensión previa, herméticamente delante de la ranura (23) y porque el anillo de recubrimiento (24) está sujeto por lo menos tres radios (26) que conducen a un cubo axial (25) con respecto al recipiente (3) que debe fijarse sobre la superficie de cubierta (4). 2. Distribuidor, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque todos los radios (26) discurren en el mismo sentido sobre una línea curva que se aparta del sentido radial desde el cubo (25) hasta el anillo de recubrimiento (24). 3. Distribuidor, según las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque el cubo (25) está unido con un remache (27) que discurre en el eje del recipiente (2), con la parte central (28) de la superficie de cubierta (4). 4. Distribuidor, según una o más de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque el cubo (25) se comprime durante la fijación sobre la superficie de cubierta (24) bajo el efecto de una fuerza de flexión sobre el sistema constituido por los radios (26) y el cubo(25) contra la superficie de cubierta (4) o bien la ranura anular (23). 5. Distribuidor, según una o más de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado porque la ranura anular (23) está interrumpida por una pluralidad, en particular tres, nervaduras que no reducen sensiblemente la superficie anular, que conectan el borde externo o bien la zona externa (32) de la superficie de cubierta (4) con su parte central (28) a acoplar con el cubo (25). 6. Distribuidor, según una o más de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado porque la ranura anular (23) está inclinada en una sección transversal que discurre paralelamente al eje longitudinal del recipiente (2) a partir de la parte central (28) de la superficie de cubierta (4) en particular con un ángulo de aproximadamente 45º a 75º contra el sentido radial, hacia el interior del compartimiento de la bomba (19) 7. Distribuidor, según la reivindicación, caracterizado porque el anillo de recubrimiento (24) está implantado o bien se ha conformado sobrelos extremos de los radios (26), dirigido sensiblemente de forma paralela con respecto a la superficie de la ranura anular (23). 8. Distribuidor, según una o más de las reivindicaciones 1 a 7, caracterizado porque el anillo de recubrimiento (24) está situado herméticamente con cada uno de los labios de obturación (30, 31) continuos, en el interior y en el exterior de la ranura anular (23) sobre la superficie de cubierta (4) en aquellos puntos en los que la superficie de cubierta discurre cónicamente, es decir, sensiblemente de forma paralela a la superficie anular en forma de embudo. 9. Distribuidor, según una o más de las reivindicaciones 1 a 8, caracterizado porque el punto de conexión entre el cubo (25) y la parte central de la superficie de cubierta (28) es el punto central de colada utilizado para la colada por inyección del recipiente (3). 10. Distribuidor de productos cosméticos viscosos en especial pasta dental.
