Abstract

Pasteurizador en continuo para leche humana, que permite eliminar los microorganismos patógenos presentes en la misma y mejorar su calidad nutricional e inmunológica. Comprende un tanque de entrada (1) y un tanque de salida (8) con sistemas de agitación (2, 9) en cada uno de ellos, una bomba peristáltica (4), un circuito de calentamiento (5) donde tiene lugar una pasteurización a una temperatura de entre 72 y 75°C durante un periodo de entre 10 y 20 s a un caudal de 10 l/h y un circuito de enfriamiento (6) integrado con un sistema mecánico de producción de frío (7) que permite la salida de la leche a una temperatura de entre 2 y 4°C para su posterior envasado en condiciones higiénico-sanitarias óptimas. Todos los componentes y procesos son regulados mediante una unidad de control (12).
