Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de un panel termoaislado para la hoja de puerta de una puerta seccional con los siguientes pasos de procedimiento: a) por moldeo de una chapa metálica plana (15) se forma un cuerpo de panel (1) que presenta una pared frontal (2) por la cara exterior de la hoja y superficies de pared adyacentes, formando las superficies de pared un lado estrecho superior y un lado estrecho inferior (5, 6) del panel y extendiéndose las mismas de forma continua desde la cara exterior de la hoja de puerta hasta una superficie de conexión para la fijación de bisagras (12) en la cara interior de la hoja de puerta; b) sobre el cuerpo de panel (1) se aplica una cubierta (3) que se une al cuerpo de panel (1) formando un espacio hueco; c) en el espacio hueco se introduce un plástico espumable (17) que se expande y endurece formando un núcleo de espuma (4) que llena el espacio hueco; d) en la chapa metálica plana (15) se practica una pluralidad de orificios (7) que se disponen en al menos una fila (16) orientada paralela a los bordes longitudinales de la chapa metálica (5) y que después del moldeo de la chapa se encuentran en el lado estrecho superior (5) y/o en el lado estrecho inferior (6) del cuerpo de panel (1); e) los orificios (7) de la chapa metálica (15) se cubren antes del moldeo de la chapa metálica con una lámina (14) que se aplica sobre la chapa metálica plana (15).Procedure for manufacturing a heat-insulated panel for the door leaf of a sectional door with the following procedural steps: a) by molding a flat metal sheet (15) a panel body (1) is formed that has a front wall (2) by the outer face of the sheet and adjacent wall surfaces, the wall surfaces forming a narrow upper side and a lower narrow side (5, 6) of the panel and extending them continuously from the outer face of the door leaf to a connection surface for fixing hinges (12) on the inner face of the door leaf; b) a cover (3) is attached to the panel body (1) that joins the panel body (1) forming a hollow space; c) in the hollow space a foamable plastic (17) is introduced which expands and hardens forming a foam core (4) that fills the hollow space; d) in the flat metal sheet (15) a plurality of holes (7) are made that are arranged in at least one row (16) oriented parallel to the longitudinal edges of the metal sheet (5) and that after molding the sheet metal are located on the upper narrow side (5) and / or on the lower narrow side (6) of the panel body (1); e) the holes (7) of the sheet metal (15) are covered before molding the sheet metal with a sheet (14) that is applied on the flat sheet metal (15).
