Abstract

Lámina de envasado (1) destinada a envasar un producto de queso, comprendiendo la lámina de envasado (1): - una membrana interna (5), que comprende al menos una capa interna de plástico (7) destinada a orientarse hacia el producto de queso y al menos una primera capa absorbente de agua (12) fabricada de un primer material absorbente de agua; - una superficie externa imprimible (10), estando la superficie externa (10) destinada a orientarse opuesta al producto de queso; caracterizada porque la capa interna de plástico (7), o cada una de las mismas, tiene una pluralidad de microperforaciones (8, 9) dispuestas de una manera aleatoria sobre la capa interna de plástico (7), o sobre cada una de las mismas, de tal manera que la permeabilidad al aire de la membrana interna (5) está comprendida entre 5 ml/min Bendtsen y 500 ml/min Bendtsen, teniendo el primer material absorbente de agua una tasa de absorción de agua comprendida entre 1 y 30 g/m2, tal como se mide utilizando la prueba de COBB C3600.

en una caja de madera del tipo normalmente utilizado para el acondicionamiento del camembert. La caja se almacenó en una habitación refrigerada a 4ºC durante 35 días y a 8ºC durante 10 días adicionales (entre el día 35 y el día 45).
5 [0106] Se ensayaron cuatro láminas de envasado según la presente invención (láminas C a F), junto con una lámina de envasado estándar (lámina T) y una lámina denominada Expeco (lámina A).
[0107] La lámina estándar tiene una capa externa de OPP de 20 μm de grosor, unida mediante un adhesivo por las líneas de pegamento a una capa absorbente de agua de papel Kraft, y una capa interna de parafina.

35 [0115] Para cada lámina de envasado, se midió la permeabilidad al aire de la membrana interna utilizando el procedimiento de Bendtsen. También se midió la tasa de absorción de agua del material absorbente de agua utilizando la prueba de Cobb.
