Abstract

Empaques normalizados para contener y suministrar un material de producto. En particular, los empaques normalizados comprenden una tarjeta impresa base, y un tanque de fluido unido permanentemente a la tarjeta impresa base. El tanque de fluido comprende una primera capa de barrera en lámina que comprende al menos una capa de un polímero termoplástico orientado biaxialmente, en la cual una porción tiene la forma de domo modificado, y una segunda capa de barrera en lámina en un plano. La primera y segunda capas de barrera en lámina se sellan juntas para formar un recinto hermético al fluido, en donde el material de producto sustancialmente llena el recinto y la forma de domo modificado es sostenible de manera elástica. También, un método de fabricación de los empaques normalizados. En particular, el método incluye la formación de una porción de la primera capa de barrera en lámina que comprende el polímero orientado biaxialmente en la forma de domo modificado con el uso de una fuerza tal como gas presurizado.
