Procedure for the incorporation of cellulose nitrate of salts and esters of acrylic acid and azo derivatives of beta-naphthol, consisting essentially of initially mixing 5 to 30% cellulose nitrate with 70 to 95 of salts and acid esters acrylic, in monomeric, dimeric or polymeric form, subjecting said mixture for at least 60 minutes and under constant agitation and in a closed container, to the action of aliphatic solvents of the paraffinic series, carrying out only a humidification of the mixture, without forming of lumps and without dissolving it, passing then to treat the mixture thus obtained with a primary alcohol, preferably unbranched and then proceeding to incorporate small amounts of butyl benzyl benzoate, para-tolestylsulfonamide, dicyclohexyl adipate or very energetic solvents of high molecular weight, and finally to the addition of very energetic aliphatic or aromatic solvents in proper proportions, leaving the product obtained at rest for one or two days in the same container, creating an atmosphere as inert as possible.
