Abstract

Un método de producir clinker de silicato dicálcico que se desintegra espontáneamente o materiales que lo contienen, caracterizado porque la materia prima se sinteriza con un material que contiene carbón, con lo que, a la temperatura elevada de sinterización se suministra agua para formar con el carbón contenido en la masa que se quiere sinterizar, óxido de carbono e hidrógeno que actúa in status nascendi y de este modo priva de propiedades estabilizadoras a los compuestos químicos contenidos en la materia prima, con lo cual se obtiene una autodesintegración completa rápida en 30 minutos en particulas activas con dimensiones desde 0,5 a 20 micrones.
