Abstract

Procedimiento de integración de microhilos metálicos amorfos en una pintura para atenuar la reflectividad de radiación electromagnética, teniendo la pintura una determinada constante dieléctrica εr, el procedimiento comprende las etapas de: - licuar la pintura con un disolvente correspondiente al tipo de dicha pintura en una cantidad inferior al 20%; - añadir a dicha pintura licuada microhilos metálicos amorfos en una proporción X, teniendo los microhilos metálicos amorfos una longitud l y un núcleo metálico de diámetro dc, - batir la mezcla de pintura con los microhilos metálicos amorfos a una velocidad máxima inferior a 2500 rpm que depende de la longitud l de los microhilos metálicos amorfos; - teniendo la frecuencia de máxima atenuación de la reflectividad de dicha radiación electromagnética un rango que está determinado por la longitud l y el diámetro dc del núcleo metálico de los microhilos metálicos amorfos, por la proporción de X microhilos metálicos amorfos en la pintura, y por la constante dieléctrica εr de la pintura sin microhilos metálicos amorfos.
