Abstract
Un conjunto introductor que comprende: una funda (200) que es generalmente tubular; una herramienta (100) que puede deslizar a través de la funda; una válvula (400); y un mecanismo de bloqueo (300) que acopla operativamente la funda y la herramienta para bloquear selectivamente la herramienta (100) y la funda (200), siendo accionable el mecanismo de bloqueo (300) entre las posiciones bloqueada y desbloqueada para bloquear axialmente de modo que se puedan liberar la herramienta (100) y la funda (200) sin causar el movimiento de la herramienta (100) con relación a la funda (200); un accesorio posterior (600) acoplado a un extremo de la válvula (410) opuesto a la funda; en el que el mecanismo de bloqueo (300) incluye un botón de bloqueo (500) que puede girar entre las posiciones bloqueada y desbloqueada sin causar la rotación de la herramienta (100) con respecto a la funda (200); y en el que el mecanismo de bloqueo (300) incluye una lengüeta de bloqueo (310) que se extiende axialmente desde un extremo del botón de bloqueo (500) y que se aplica al accesorio posterior (600) mientras está en la posición bloqueada para bloquear axialmente la herramienta (100) con respecto a la funda (200), en el que además el mecanismo de bloqueo (300) incluye un conector (102) acoplado a la herramienta (100), teniendo el conector una superficie de soporte anular (104) aplicada deslizablemente con el botón de bloqueo (500) para permitir la rotación del botón de bloqueo (500) entre las posiciones bloqueada y desbloqueada, y en el que el mecanismo de bloqueo (300) incluye una superficie de localización (106) que se extiende desde la superficie de soporte anular (104) que se aplica al botón de bloqueo (500) para constreñir axialmente el botón de bloqueo (500) con relación a la herramienta (100).An introducer assembly comprising: a sheath (200) that is generally tubular; a tool (100) that can slide through the sheath; a valve (400); and a locking mechanism (300) that operatively couples the sheath and the tool to selectively lock the tool (100) and the sheath (200), the locking mechanism (300) being operable between the locked and unlocked positions for axially locking of so that the tool (100) and the sheath (200) can be released without causing the movement of the tool (100) relative to the sheath (200); a rear accessory (600) coupled to one end of the valve (410) opposite the sleeve; wherein the locking mechanism (300) includes a locking button (500) that can rotate between the locked and unlocked positions without causing rotation of the tool (100) with respect to the sheath (200); and wherein the locking mechanism (300) includes a locking tab (310) extending axially from one end of the locking button (500) and which is applied to the rear attachment (600) while in the locked position for axially locking the tool (100) with respect to the sheath (200), in which in addition the locking mechanism (300) includes a connector (102) coupled to the tool (100), the connector having an annular support surface ( 104) slidably applied with the lock button (500) to allow rotation of the lock button (500) between the locked and unlocked positions, and in which the locking mechanism (300) includes a location surface (106) that it extends from the annular support surface (104) that is applied to the lock button (500) to axially constrain the lock button (500) relative to the tool (100).
