DESCRIPTION

Object of the invention

The present invention relates to a pale made of plastic material, which has an upper surface for receiving irregular goods, that is to say irregularities that cause the goods to be immobilized, which facilitates the holding of the goods on the pale object of the invention.

Technical problem to solve and background of the invention

The placement of arriculos like bottles of drink, in plastic boxes is habitual practice so much in the storage of said arriculos as in the distributions that are realized. Said boxes, if placed on pallets of those known to date, move on them, since said pallets are formed by sheets, usually made of wood, which form a flat and smooth upper surface, and do not contain any means of retaining the load placed on the pales.

A usual design of a pale structure consists of a sufficiently rigid and resistant set of traditionally wooden pieces, which supports the weight of the load. In this rigid assembly, an upper part, generally flat, is distinguished on which the goods supported by the pale rest, and a lower support surface, which is sometimes replaced by legs or sets of legs that distribute the load supported by the pale down. The legs can be linked to each other by means of longitudinal lower extensions that constitute joint sections between said legs. Gaps are always generated between the legs so that the arms of a forklift or a pallet truck can be introduced into said gaps.

In the state of the art several documents are known that disclose pales for the storage and transport of any product. Among other documents, document ES 1 079 113 U, which discloses an improved structure for pale, with a modular structure so that elements that are damaged in the use of the pale can be replaced without the need to dispose of the entire pale.

Also known is WO 2006 013 308 A1 which discloses a pale of plastic material (1), in which the plastic material is mixed with nanotubes providing this

Document BE 1 010 793 A3 is also known, which discloses a modular pale that allows the modification of the dimensions of the pale according to the needs of each occasion.

All known pales offer a smooth upper face, on which the load is placed, so that none offers its own fastening means in the pale that avoid the movement of the load on the pale. When you want to fix a load on a pale, it is usual to use means external to the pale that bind pale and load.

Description of the invention

In order to avoid the aforementioned inconveniences and achieve the aforementioned objectives, the invention discloses a pale made of plastic material that offers an upper interlocking surface, so that said upper interlocking surface serves to hold the loads located on the pale.

The pale with upper interlocking surface object of the invention comprises an upper surface, a lower surface and a lateral surface. In the aforementioned pale, the upper surface comprises a perimeter flange, a series of orthogonal main ribs that divide the upper surface into quadrangular housings and that form a stepping between the quadrangular housings.

In the pale with upper interlocking surface object of the invention by the perimeter flange, the main ribs and the quadrangular housings an upper surface of irregular profile is defined in which a load is interlocked.

In the pale with upper interlocking surface object of the invention the quadrangular housings comprise internal ribs, which divide each quadrangular housing into a series of interlocking holes.

In the pale with upper interlocking surface object of the invention the interlocking holes are through holes.

In the pale with upper interlocking surface object of the invention, the lower surface comprises a perimeter zone and a cross-shaped central zone defining the perimeter zone and the central zone lower gaps.

Description of a preferred embodiment

The pale (1) object of the invention is a pale specially designed to house on its upper surface (7) boxes (6) of which are used to store and distribute bottles of drinks, so that the shape and elements that make up the upper surface (7), give said upper surface (7) an irregular surface that causes said boxes (6) not to move.

The pale (1) object of the invention (observable in Figure 1) comprises an upper surface (7), a lower surface (8) or support surface and a series of joining areas (10) between the two surfaces (7, 8). The joining areas (10) form holes (11) in the lateral surfaces (9) in which the arms of a forklift or a pallet truck are introduced to move the pale (1).

The upper and lower terms referring to the surfaces are relative terms, which refer to the position of the pale (1) according to figure 1, this is prepared to place a load on the pale (1).

Until the above described, except for the fact that the pale (1) object of the invention is made of plastic material, any pale (1) of those used daily for any use responds to this description.

The novelty of the invention resides the upper surface (7) of the pale (1) object of the invention, since until now the upper surface (7) of the pales (1) is a smooth surface, on which to place the merchandise, but when you have to fasten the merchandise to some pale (1) external fastening means are used, either wrapping the merchandise with a plastic film around it, or using tapes or strips that join merchandise and pale (1).

The upper surface (7) of the pale (1) object of the invention comprises a series of main ribs (3) orthogonal to each other, which divide the upper surface (7) into quadrangular housings (4) and a perimeter flange (2) around of the entire upper surface (7) of the pale (1) that favors the retention of the merchandise.

The main ribs (3) form a stepping between the quadrangular housings (4), so that the quadrangular housings (4) offer a surface located in a position at a lower elevation with respect to the main ribs (3).

Likewise, the quadrangular housings (4) comprise internal ribs (11), which make each quadrangular housing (4) divided into a series of interlocking holes (12) in which the boxes that form the merchandise for which it has been developed the pale (1) object of the invention are locked. The interlocking holes (12) are hollow, thus saving plastic material in the manufacture of the pale (1).

As the boxes (6) that form the merchandise are placed on the upper surface (7) so that, due to the configuration of said upper surface (7), they do not move on it, but the boxes (6) are not fixed to it, so that the depalletizing operation is simple, facilitating the work of distributors on arrival at establishments, since the box (6) is easily removable from the pale (1) by means of the lifting operation of the box (6) Likewise, if the pale (1) loaded with all the boxes (6) has to be removed from the delivery vehicle, it is also easily removable with the use of a forklift or a pallet truck, without risking that the boxes (6 ) move along the pale (1) and fall off, since they are embedded on the upper surface (7).

Finally, the lower surface (8) of the pale (1) (observable in Figure 3) comprises a perimeter zone (14) and a central cross-shaped area (15) defining lower holes (16), likewise both the zone perimeter (14) as the central area (15) comprise ribs (3) that define gaps (5) between said ribs (3). The configuration of the bottom surface (8) of the pale (1) prevents the sliding of the pales (1) when they are stacked in ford, and also when they are loaded with boxes (6). Also when several pallets (1) loaded with boxes (6) are loaded, the pale (1) located immediately above another, the shape of the bottom surface (8) makes the stacking stable and the boxes (6) are joined and locked by means of the ribs (3).

In the pale (1) object of the invention there are slits (13) along the lower surface (8) that facilitate the retention of the pale (1) when loaded with boxes (6).

The invention should not be limited to the particular embodiments described in this document. Experts in the field can develop other embodiments in view of the description made here. Accordingly, the scope of the invention is defined by the following 5 claims.
