DESCRIPCIONDESCRIPTION

Neumatico antipinchazos hecho con microneumaticos.Pneumatic tire made with microneumatics.

Objeto de la invencionObject of the invention

The main objective of the present invention is to achieve greater safety in the travel of a vehicle, making it almost impossible to have an accident caused by a flat tire tire. To avoid this problem, a Tire consisting of several independent Microneumatics (1) is proposed, which swell separately, albeit simultaneously. In this way, in the event that one of them is punctured, the others cover the function that had the air of the Microneumatico (1) that has been punctured, and, the Tire will continue to function without any problem because it will still have enough air to hold To the car in motion.

Antecedentes de la invencionBackground of the invention

The main antecedent of this invention is the Tire that we all know, which is put on all types of mechanical traction vehicles, which is formed by a hollow toroidal rubber, which is filled with air, is located on a metal tire, and, is surrounds, later, in what is called a Tread, which is the one that surrounds the Tire, giving it greater consistency for the rubber materials that it is composed. The second antecedent is the Inflator (4), which is the connection piece between the Tire and the Pressurized Air Gun, which is responsible for introducing this air inside the Tire. This Inflator (4) is a piece that has a mechanism that prevents the air that has been introduced into the Tire from leaving it, which allows the air pressure inside the Tire to be maintained for as long as it does lack.

Descripcion de la invencionDescription of the invention

The flat tire with microneumaticos, is the piece full of air that is introduced inside the Tread of the Rubber Wheel of a vehicle.

Y, en el caso de que se pinche uno de ellos, o, que se deshinche por cualquier motivo, los demas Microneumaticos (1) cubrirlan la falta del aireOn this occasion, the Tire is formed by several independent Microneumatics (1), whose number will depend on the width of the Wheel to which they will be destined. In figure 1 we can see that, each Microneumatico (1) has a Tube (2) that starts from its inner face, that is, the one found in the inner circle of the tire gap. These Tubes (2) are directed towards a Distributor (3) which is the part that has an Inflator (4), - which is the part that has the safety device that prevents the air introduced in the Microneumatics (1) from escaping of them -, in which the tube of the pressurized air gun is connected, to swell, simultaneously, to the five Microneumatics (1) of this Tire. This Inflator (4), therefore, will pass through the hole that is usually in the metal rim that is usually placed in the tire hole, and, will protrude outward from that hole to be able to be swollen. In the figure, the Tread has not been drawn, which obviously would be the one that surrounds these five Microneumatics on the outside (1). It gets like this! a great security for the crew of the Car, before an eventual puncture of the Wheel, because, it could happen that one of the Microneumaticos (1) was punctured, but, it is almost impossible for them to puncture all at once. And, in the event that one of them is punctured, or, that it deflates for any reason, the other Microneumatics (1) will cover the lack of air
