DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED REALIZATION

Referring now to the drawings where the characteristics and similar aspects between the various figures are referred to by similar reference characters.

With reference to Figures 1 to 12, the gym exercise apparatus by pulling a chord or with this present invention may comprise an adjustable belt 1, two connecting straps 2, two sets of elastic cord 3 and two handles for hands 4.
