Abstract

Dispositivo de lubricación mínima que comprende un depósito de almacenamiento de fluido lubricante (2), unos medios para incrementar la presión de dicho fluido lubricante suministrado a por lo menos un elemento modular (50, 50A, B,C,D,E), comprendiendo el elemento modular un conducto de fluido lubricante (90) interceptado por un regulador de flujo (84), y un conducto de aire comprimido (810), estando asociados el conducto de lubricante y el conducto de aire comprimido a un elemento mezclador de aire/lubricante (88), comprendiendo el regulador de flujo un elemento de válvula (713) que puede alojarse por lo menos parcialmente en el interior de un orificio calibrado (710) y puede desplazarse en el mismo mediante un vástago de control (704), comunicando el orificio calibrado (710) en un extremo con el suministro (711) de dicho lubricante presurizado y en el otro extremo con una salida (712) de dicho regulador de flujo, presentando dicho vástago (704) por lo menos una parte de perfil cónico (713A) que puede insertarse en dicho orificio calibrado, estando previsto dicho orificio calibrado en la base de un asiento (700) y coaxial con el mismo, siendo deslizable de manera sellada en el asiento (700) un cuerpo móvil (701), sobresaliendo el elemento de válvula (713) de la base del cuerpo móvil (701) y conformado de una sola pieza con el mismo, comprendiendo el regulador de flujo un asiento cilíndrico, caracterizado por que el cuerpo móvil (701) está asociado con dicho vástago de control (704) para ajustar, mediante una rosca, la posición del cuerpo móvil con respecto al asiento (700), en el que dicho vástago (704) presenta una rosca acoplada con un casquillo (705) que se enrosca en dicho módulo (50).
