The built-in tilting tables known in the state of the art are often stowable folding tables in an armrest of an armchair, in which the corresponding tabletop can be pivoted between a horizontal position and a vertical position by means of a folding mechanism and It can be inserted into the armrest. These known built-in tilting tables have the disadvantage that, in the deployed position of the tabletop, this board has at most, conditioned by its construction, a height that is below the upper edge of the armrest.

Therefore, the problem of the invention is to prepare a cabinet according to the preamble with a built-in tilting table, which allows a tabletop, in a position folded from the built-in tilting table, can be stowed below a countertop or the like and, at the same time, be stably arranged in a position deployed above or at least at the height of the kitchen countertop.

This problem is solved according to the invention by a cabinet with the features of claim 1. The dependent claims concern respectively advantageous embodiments of the invention.
