Abstract

Proceso y planta de tratamiento de subproductos derivados de la extracción de aceite de oliva virgen que comprende un proceso de separación de fases (2) sólida - líquida del alperujo procedente del proceso de obtención de aceite de oliva virgen; un proceso de desaglomeración y estructuración granular (3), una etapa de tratamiento superficial (4) con un recubrimiento superficial de finos de orujo para crear la no adherencia de partículas, con objeto de que el producto a tratar obtenga una granulometría adecuada; un proceso de secado indirecto (5) en una columna gravimétrica, con flujo de aire transversal para proceder a la evaporación del agua; y un proceso de cribado (6) de finos, para recuperar los aditivos anteriormente añadidos.
