Abstract

Cierre de garantía para botellas o envases similares que comprende un vertedor acoplado de forma ajustada al interior de una boca conformada en el extremo de un cuello de la botella, un tapón tipo capucha está acoplado a una sección roscada del exterior de la boca cerrando el acceso al vertedor, donde una cápsula anti-falsificación está dispuesta entre la boca y el tapón tipo capucha; dicha cápsula anti-falsificación comprende un cuerpo sustancialmente tubular ajustado a la boca y retenido en el exterior de la misma por medio de un reborde inferior y un reborde superior que conforman los extremos del cuerpo sustancialmente tubular.
