Abstract
Un intercambiador de calor, que comprende: una pluralidad de tubos de refrigerante separados entre sí; una pluralidad de colectores acoplados a partes de extremo de los tubos de refrigerante; y una pluralidad de aletas de intercambio de calor acopladas a superficies externas de los tubos de refrigerante y separadas entre sí en una dirección perpendicular a una dirección en la que se extienden los tubos de refrigerante, donde cada una de las aletas de intercambio de calor comprende: una pluralidad de muescas de inserción que permiten que los tubos de refrigerante se inserten en las mismas; y una pluralidad de placas de unión que se unen a los tubos de refrigerante cuando los tubos de refrigerante están insertados en las muescas de inserción, donde cada una de las placas de unión comprende: una primera parte de unión curvada desde una parte de extremo de la misma en una primera dirección y unida a una superficie de uno correspondiente de los tubos de refrigerante; y una segunda parte de unión curvada desde la otra parte de extremo de la misma, estando caracterizado el intercambiador de calor porque la segunda parte de unión está curvada en una segunda dirección opuesta a la primera dirección y unida a uno correspondiente de los tubos de refrigerante.A heat exchanger, comprising: a plurality of refrigerant tubes separated from each other; a plurality of manifolds coupled to end portions of the refrigerant pipes; and a plurality of heat exchange fins coupled to external surfaces of the refrigerant tubes and spaced apart from each other in a direction perpendicular to a direction in which the refrigerant tubes extend, wherein each of the heat exchange fins comprises : a plurality of insertion notches that allow the refrigerant tubes to be inserted therein; and a plurality of tie plates that are attached to the refrigerant pipes when the refrigerant pipes are inserted into the insert notches, where each of the tie plates comprises: a first tie portion curved from an end portion of the same in a first direction and attached to a surface of a corresponding one of the refrigerant tubes; and a second junction part curved from the other end part thereof, the heat exchanger being characterized in that the second junction part is curved in a second direction opposite to the first direction and joined to a corresponding one of the refrigerant pipes .
