Shoes are known from prior public use. Also known, for example, from EP-1 124 462 P1, the so-called MBT shoes (Masai Barefoot Technology), which have a rounded sole shape convex in the direction of travel with a soft part of heel inserted . This soft shoe base construction should reduce foot support when walking and strengthen the muscles, because the body must be actively kept in balance. Document KR-100 780 556-B1 discloses an MBT shoe in which the shoe sole construction has a plurality of materials with different properties in order to achieve the desired destabilizing properties.

The invention aims to create a shoe of the type mentioned at the beginning that in a simple, effective and economical way enables a destabilizing way of walking in the sense of Masai Barefoot technology.

With a shoe mentioned at the beginning, the present invention solves the objective by means of the characterizing features of the main claim.

First, some concepts used in the context of the invention will be explained. A shoe is any shoe suitable for walking. The concept encompasses closed and open shoes, such as sandals.

The upper part is the area of the shoe that wraps the foot. It can be composed of leather, plastic, a fabric or other suitable materials.

The outsole is in contact with the ground. It is curved in a convex way in a longitudinal direction, so that it enables a rolling way of walking. The curvature may extend continuously along the entire length of the outer sole or it may have discontinuities.

A midsole is arranged between the upper part and the outer sole. This midsole can be configured, for example, to form the palm. A template, an insert or the like can be arranged above the midsole.

The outer sole and the midsole together enclose an area of compressible hollow spaces by the weight of the user. These hollow spaces allow the corresponding area to be deformed by the weight of the walking user and, thereby, the deformable zone when walking and, thereby, destabilizing the foot. Enclosing each other means that the hollow spaces are arranged above the lower side of the outer sole and below the upper side of the midsole. They can extend well in the material of the outer sole, of the midsole or in both zones. The key to the invention is not to form the destabilizing zone of the shoe by means of a separate material that is arranged in the sole as a soft insert, but simply by a partially hollow design of the material of the outer sole and / or midsole. The area is arranged in the two thirds of the shoe, posterior, preferably in the area of the rear half of the shoe. Its compressibility thus destabilizes especially the heel area of the foot.

The compressible hollow spaces have an upward extension (the upward direction is normal

The thickness of the ribs (in the sole plane) can preferably be between 2 and 6 mm, more preferably 2 and 4 mm.

The nerves are integrally attached according to the invention to the outer sole. This means that the nerves are part of the material of the outer sole. The compressibility of the area of compressible hollow spaces can also be adjusted by choosing the material of these nerves (which, as a rule, are part of the outer sole or midsole). For example, this material may have a Shore A hardness of 40 to 80, preferably 50 to 70.

The outer sole and / or the midsole may be composed of a polymer material. It can be solid or foamed plastics, a suitable polymer material can be, for example, ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), which can be obtained under the name Phylon.

The shoe according to the invention has a top part 1 on a sole construction explained in more detail below. An outer sole 2 forms the contact surface of the shoe on the floor. It can be seen that the support surface of the outer sole 2 has a substantially convex curvature in the longitudinal direction. The hollow spaces 5 are compressible when exposed to the load of the shoe by the user. This means that under a compression load from above, the ribs 4 deform and the size of the hollow spaces 5 is reduced.

The individual shoe components are joined together, for example, with a tail. In the exemplary embodiment, the outer sole 2 may be composed of a suitable material such as, for example, rubber with a Shore A hardness of 61 and the midsole 6 of a polymer such as, for example, ethylene-vinyl acetate (trade name Phylon) with a Shore A hardness of 55.
