Abstract

Uso de 12-desoxiforboles para promover la proliferación de células madre neurales.#Esta invención está relacionada con el empleo de compuestos de la familia 12-desoxiforboles o una sal farmacológicamente activa de dichos compuestos, para favorecer la proliferación de precursores neurales o células madre neurales en cultivo. Adicionalmente, también se relaciona con el empleo de esta familia de compuestos para la elaboración de una composición farmacéutica útil en el tratamiento de enfermedades del sistema nervioso central que cursen con perdida neuronal.
