Abstract
Un dispositivo de sellado de una tira con pocillos (N) con una película de recubrimiento (P) de forma que se obtiene una tira de blister (B), avanzándose la tira con los pocillos (N) en una dirección de avance (V) a lo largo de una trayectoria de avance horizontal (O) y aplicándose la 5 película de recubrimiento (P) sobre la tira con los pocillos (N) durante el avance de la misma a lo largo del trayecto de avance horizontal (O) el cual dispositivo comprende: un elemento de deslizamiento (11), dispuesto en la dirección de avance (V) de la tira con los pocillos (N) y la película de recubrimiento (P), para deslizar la tira de blister (B) liberada por el par de placas de soldadura térmica (10), estando provisto el elemento de deslizamiento (11) de una superficie de deslizamiento curvada (110) para la tira de blister (B); un medio (20) para forzar a la tira de blister (B) a deslizarse a lo largo, y en contacto con, la superficie de deslizamiento curvada (110) del elemento de deslizamiento (11); y unos medios (30) para conducir por lo menos un fluido de enfriamiento a través del elemento de deslizamiento (11) con el fin de enfriar la tira de blister (B) durante el deslizamiento de la misma a lo largo de la superficie de deslizamiento curvada (110), caracterizado porque comprende: un par de placas de soldadura térmica (10) dispuestas opuestas una frente a otra y cíclicamente movibles de tal manera que se bloquean recíprocamente con el fin de sujetar la tira con los pocillos (N) y la película de recubrimiento (P) aplicada juntamente sobre la misma con el fin de realizar un sellado recíproco de las mismas mediante soldadura térmica y obtener una tira de blister (B), y a continuación se separan con el fin de liberar la tira de blister (B), la placa inferior del par de placas presentan unas hendiduras de una forma adecuada para alojar y recibir los pocillos de la tira con pocillos (N) cuando las placas (10) están bloqueadas juntamente para sujetar la tira con los pocillos (N) y la película de recubrimiento (P), en donde el elemento de deslizamiento (11) está dispuesto a continuación del par de placas de soldadura térmica (10) y en donde el medio (20) para forzar a la tira de blister (B) a deslizarse a lo largo y en contacto con la superficie de deslizamiento curvada (110) del elemento de deslizamiento (11) comprende por lo menos un órgano con unas pinzas de sujeción (21) dispuestas lateralmente al elemento de deslizamiento (11) y dispuestas de tal manera que se mueven alternativamente con respecto al elemento de deslizamiento (11) con el fin de seguir una extensión de la superficie de deslizamiento curvada (110), estando dicho órgano con las pinzas de sujeción (21) dispuesto lateralmente y al comienzo de la superficie de deslizamiento curvada (110), sujetando la tira de blister (B) liberada por el par de placas de soldadura térmica (10) y acompañando a la tira de blister (B) para que se deslice a lo largo por lo menos de una parte de la superficie de deslizamiento curvada (110).
