Máquina de empalmar fibras ópticas por soldadura, caracterizada por componerse de un microscopio (A) un soporte para el microscopio (B) un dispositivo de alineamiento y aproximación con posibilidad de movimiento en tres dimensiones(C)un soplete miniatura (I) provisto de una cabeza del soplete lo equipada con electrodo para encendido eléctrico y espejo (D), un encendedor piezo-eléctrico (H) un soporte de diamante (G), una plataforma primaria (E) que soporta los conjuntos anteriores, una plataforma secundaria (F) que soporta a la anterior y que incluye además un portafibras múltiplo (15) y un par de sujetacables (17).
