DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention, as anticipated in the introduction, refers to a device that, installed in points of urban areas allows to detect, in real time, the presence of urine in said points and generate an order that drives away the person or animal that has urinated.

The device basically consists of the following elements:

- urine detector

- rain detector

- complementary detector (optional)

- discriminator module

- event concentrator with display, regulation and programming elements

- deterrent device

The urine detector is the most characteristic element of the invention and consists of two electrodes that integrated into the ground form a capacitor whose capacity varies significantly in the presence of urine.

In the case of complementary detectors, it is understood that the deterrent does not exist and its activation is specified in the transmission of an order to the event concentrator.

The operation of the device is very simple and is described in detail at the point of the embodiment preferred by the inventor but can be summarized in the activation of a sprinkler or alarm as soon as any of the detectors distributed by the urban area in question register The first drops of urine.

detect in real time the emission of urine in the mentioned points and dissuade the people or animals responsible for spraying with water sprinklers or some other type of warning.

According to an embodiment preferred by the inventor, it is basically composed of a pair of electrodes (1) located at ground level (2) that form a capacitor connected to a concentrator (7) by means of a transmitter cable of the urine detector ( 3). The concentrator (7) has an LCD screen (8) and a series of regulation and programming buttons also receiving orders from a rainwater detector (5) through the rainwater detector transmitter (6) and issuing orders towards a valve (11) through the command transmitter (10). The device also includes a network water inlet (12) that can feed the sprinkler (13) according to the state of the valve (11).

The operation of the device is simple and can be summarized as follows: The electrodes (1) placed on the ground (2) behave like the plates of a capacitor. This situation that can occur frequently in a city has been foreseen in the device of the invention by installing in that place, but at a certain height, a rainwater detector (5) that is activated immediately as soon as it receives the first drops of water (14).
