Abstract
Procedimiento para el recubrimiento de superficies metálicas, especialmente de ruedas fabricadas con una aleación de aluminio, con un procedimiento multietapa, caracterizado por que las superficies metálicas se ponen en contacto, en primer lugar, con una composición acuosa que tiene un contenido sustancial de silano/silanol/siloxano/polisiloxano y, a continuación, con una composición acuosa que contiene predominantemente al menos un compuesto fosfónico, en el que al menos 80% de todos los compuestos fosfónicos de esta composición se seleccionan de compuestos de tipo XYZ, en donde Y es, independientemente, un grupo alquilo no ramificado con 8 a 16 átomos de C, o un grupo alquilo con 8 a 16 átomos de C, de los cuales hasta 20% de los átomos de C de las cadenas de alquilo tienen en promedio estadístico un grupo funcional, en donde X es un grupo OH-, NH2-, NHR'-, CH>=CH2-, CONHOH-, COOR'-, amida de ácido acrílico-, epoxi-, CH2>=CR"-COO-, COOH-, HSO4-, (OH)2PO-, (OH)2PO2-, (OH)(OR')PO-, (OH)(OR')PO2- o un grupo Si(OH)3-, en donde Z es un grupo (OH)2PO-, (OH)2PO2-, (OH)(OR')PO- o un grupo (OH)(OR')PO2-, en donde R' es un grupo alquilo con 1 a 4 átomos de C, en donde R" es un átomo de H o un grupo alquilo con 1 a 4 átomos de C, en donde los grupos X y Z están unidos respectivamente al grupo Y en su posición terminal y en donde se forman sucesivamente, en primer lugar un recubrimiento de silano y, a continuación, un recubrimiento de fosfonato, antes de aplicar sobre la superficie metálica al menos una capa de pintura y/o al menos una capa de adhesivo.
