The present invention relates to a process comprising all the steps necessary to start from a culture of unicellular "prokaryotic" algae dissolved in aqueous medium, all the elements necessary for its cultivation and development and by the external contribution of nutrients, co <sub > 2 and sunlight, we proceed to obtain a biomass by flocculation and subsequent centrifugation procedures with a degree of humidity between 50% and 90% and then proceed to a drying stage that prepares said biomass for the extraction of lipids by supercritical fluids, with possible cell pre-rupture if the microalga so requires, obtaining various fractions of final elements that include value-added products as well as a bio-oil or bio-crude.
