Abstract
Un sistema de transporte (1) adaptado para ofrecer un montaje secuencial de una pluralidad de cuerpos de viviendas, estructurados de acuerdo con un "principio de línea de montaje", que comprende: - una estructura de plataforma dispuesta de forma móvil, con conjuntos de plataformas coordinados (1A-9A), adaptados para soportar uno o más elementos de planta (2, (2)) para uno o más cuerpos de viviendas; y - medios de desplazamiento adaptados para desplazar dichos conjuntos de plataformas (1A-9A) en al menos dos direcciones ("D1", "D2") orientadas una frente a la otra, en el que en una primera dirección ("D1") se proporciona un primer conjunto de plataformas (1A-5A) y en una 10 segunda dirección ("D2") se proporciona un segundo conjunto de plataformas (6A-9A), en el que dichos primer y segundo conjuntos de plataformas (1A-5A; 6A-9A) están dispuestos uno junto al otro, caracterizado por que cada conjunto de plataformas (1A-9A) comprende un número seleccionado de segmentos de plataforma (A1-A8) para formar un conjunto de plataformas virtual, los conjuntos de plataformas virtuales están adaptados para permitir la fabricación o la situación de uno o más elementos de planta (2, (2)) en los conjuntos de plataformas virtuales, así como la aplicación de módulos, unidades de construcción y/o piezas de construcción en dicho uno o más elementos de planta (2, (2)) para formar uno o más productos semi-manufacturados complementables (2, (2)), a medida que los conjuntos de plataformas virtuales se desplazan en dicha primera dirección ("D1"), el sistema de transporte comprende además un dispositivo de transporte ("T") adaptado para desplazar solo un segmento y está adaptado también para desplazar un número seleccionado de segmentos de plataforma (A2, A3, A4; A6, A7, A8), soportando el uno o más productos semi-manufacturados complementables (2, (2)) en una tercera dirección ("D3") desde dicho primer conjunto de plataformas (1A- 5A) hasta una zona amortiguación libre de dicho segundo conjunto de plataformas (6A-9A) cuando se completa una distancia de desplazamiento para dicho número seleccionado de segmentos de plataforma (A2, A3, A4; A6, A7, A8) en dicha primera dirección ("D1"), a fin de formar una parte de introducción del segundo conjunto de plataformas (6A-9A) y se les proporciona la segunda dirección de desplazamiento ("D2"), y los conjuntos de plataformas virtuales están adaptados para permitir la complementación posterior del uno o más productos semi-manufacturados complementables (2, (2)) hasta un producto semi-manufacturado acabado y/o cuerpo de vivienda acabado durante el desplazamiento de los conjuntos de plataformas virtuales en la segunda dirección ("D2").A transport system (1) adapted to offer a sequential assembly of a plurality of dwelling bodies, structured according to an "assembly line principle", comprising: - a platform structure arranged in a mobile way, with sets of coordinated platforms (1A-9A), adapted to support one or more floor elements (2, (2)) for one or more housing bodies; and - movement means adapted to move said sets of platforms (1A-9A) in at least two directions ("D1", "D2") facing each other, in which in a first direction ("D1") a first set of platforms (1A-5A) is provided and in a second direction ("D2") a second set of platforms (6A-9A) is provided, wherein said first and second sets of platforms (1A-5A ; 6A-9A) are arranged side by side, characterized in that each platform set (1A-9A) comprises a selected number of platform segments (A1-A8) to form a virtual platform set, the virtual platform sets are adapted to allow the manufacture or location of one or more plant elements (2, (2)) in the virtual platform sets, as well as the application of modules, construction units and/or construction pieces in said one or more plant elements (2, (2)) to form one or more s emi-manufactured complements (2, (2)), as the sets of virtual platforms move in said first direction ("D1"), the transport system further comprises a transport device ("T") adapted to move only one segment and is also adapted to move a selected number of platform segments (A2, A3, A4; A6, A7, A8), supporting the one or more complementary semi-manufactured products (2, (2)) in a third direction ("D3") from said first set of platforms (1A-5A) to a buffer zone free of said second set of platforms (6A-9A) upon completion of a travel distance for said selected number of platform segments (A2, A3, A4; A6, A7, A8) in said first direction ("D1"), in order to form an introduction part of the second set of platforms (6A-9A) and are provided with the second direction of travel ("D2"), and the virtual platform sets are adapted to allow subsequent complementation of the one or more semi-products. -complementable manufactured goods (2, (2)) to a finished semi-manufactured product and/or finished housing body during displacement of the virtual platform sets in the second direction ("D2").
