Abstract
Procedimiento para el macerado durante la elaboración de cerveza con las etapas siguientes: introducción del macerado (28) en un dispositivo de macerado (1), vaciado de una parte de este macerado, y suministro de este macerado a un aparato distribuidor (8) que proporciona el macerado por encima de la superficie de nivel (20) del macerado sobre una superficie calentadora (13) en la pared lateral (3) de un recipiente (2) del dispositivo de nnacerado, de manera que el macerado desciende sobre la superficie calentadora (13) hasta la superficie de nivel (20) del macerado.
