Abstract

Máquina para la formación de piezas de hojaldre.#La máquina consta de un bastidor (1) en el que se establecen una, dos o más líneas de producción, en las que una serie de cazoletas (3) destinadas a recibir la masa a tratar se desplazan sobre una torre (10), en la que se someten a un proceso de prensado en dos fases, una primera fase, en la que un elemento en forma de cono (13) incide sobre la masa, abriéndola, y una segunda fase en la que un elemento cilíndrico (14) presiona sobre dicha masa abierta, estirándola hasta alcanzar la forma deseada, de manera que en la máquina se define una zona de alimentación de las cazoletas y otra zona de recogida del producto terminado, que opcionalmente puede coincidir.
