Abstract
Dispositivo evaporador de residuos líquidos producidos en las calderas de condensación que comprende un colector (2) que dispersa el condensado sobre dos bloques de absorción (5) superpuestos que retienen el líquido. Un ventilador centrífugo (12) acelera la evaporación del líquido de los bloques de absorción y difunde el vapor al exterior de la caldera a través de una rejilla de lamas planas (11). Para facilitar la evaporación, el aire de entrada al dispositivo proviene del interior de la caldera a través de rejillas de lamas planas (17) en la tapa superior del dispositivo (13). Rejillas de lamas onduladas (10) retienen el líquido que haya quedado en el aire. Un depósito de seguridad (7) almacena los condensados no evaporados. Cuando el líquido del depósito (7) supera un determinado nivel, un sensor (8) envía una señal a una central electrónica (9) que interrumpe el funcionamiento de la caldera y emite señales de alarma acústica y visual.
