Dispositivo insonorizante para engranajes, y más concretamente para la absorción de vibraciones acústicas en ruedas dentadas, caracterizado en que dicho dispositivo comprende una cavidad anular (5) formada en el cuerpo (2, 4) de la rueda dentada, un anillo de retención (6) alojado dentro de la cavidad anular (5) y un elemento anular deformable (7) de material elastomérico situado en el interior de dicha cavidad (5) y comprimido entre superficie cilíndricas enfrentadas del anillo (6) y del cuerpo (2, 4).
