Método de producir 4-(B -(3,4-dimetoxifenil)-etil) - 2,6-dicetopiperazina calentando ácido -(3,4-dimetoxifenil) etili-minodiacético con urea en una proporción de 1 a 1,2 moles de urea por mol de dicho ácido a una temperatura comprendida entre 150ºC. y unos 210ºC.
