Abstract

1. Compresa higiénica perfeccionada, que tiene un lado en contacto con el cuerpo y un lado en contacto con la ropa y que comprende: - Una almohadilla absorbente plana y deforma alargada. - Una envoltura permeable al fluido menstrual, generalmente rectangular, que envuelve dicha almohadilla, extendiéndose los bordes longitudinales de dicha envoltura longitudinalmente y superponiéndose al lado de la compresa en contacto con la ropa. - Una hoja de barrera impermeable al fluido menstrual generalmente rectangular, que tiene bordes longitudinales y que está aprisionada entre dicha envoltura y dicha almohadilla, extendiéndose en el sentido longitudinal de dicha almohadilla y superponiéndose a dicho lado de dicha almohadilla en contacto con la ropa y, por lo menos, los bordes laterales longitudinales de dicha almohadilla. - Dos o cuatro líneas de sellado de barrera de fluido menstrual que se extienden en el sentido longitudinal de dicha almohadilla y que sellan las porciones de borde longitudinal de dicha hoja de barrera en dicha envoltura, con lo cual el fluido menstrual no puede desplazarse desde dicha almohadilla hasta la zona situada entre dicha envoltura y dicha hoja de barrera. 2. Compresa, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque las líneas de sellado de barrera de fluido menstrual incluye un adhesivo mensófono. 3. Compresa según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la envoltura permeable al fluido menstrual incluye un material polímero termoplástico. 4. Compresa, según la reivindicación 3, caracterizada porque la línea de sellado de barrera de fluido menstrual es una soldadura térmica. 5. Compresa, según la reivindicación 1,caracterizada porque la envoltura es más larga que la almohadilla para formar apéndices de extremidad. 6. Compresa, según la reivindicación 2, caracterizada porque las líneas de sellado de barrera de fluido menstrual se extienden sobre todo la longitud de la envoltura, asegurado así el sellado de dichos apéndices de extremidad. 7. Compresa, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque dicha hoja de barrera se prolonga de modo que se superponga a las porciones de borde longitudinal extremas del lado de dicha almohadilla en contacto con el cuerpo. 8. Compresa higiénica perfeccionada.
