Abstract
Procedimiento de fabricación de un antibióticocaracterizado por consistir en la siembra de un medio cultivo a base de suero lechoso con esporas de un hongo perteneciente al grupo de los " aspergilli flavus-crysal "en la agitación del medio sembrado en un recipiente del tipo Erlenmeyer o análogo hasta que el medio de cultivo tenga un titre suficiente del antibiótico citadoen la separación seguidamediante filtracióndel micelioen la absorción del antibiótico contenido en el citado jugo por carbón o material análogoen la separación inmediata del carbón por filtración o centrifugación y subsiguiente lavado con agua destiladaen la elución del antibiótico a partir del citado carbón mediante acetona acuosaen la separaciónmediante filtrado por ejemplodel carbón del licor de acetona acuosa que contiene el antibiótico oen la ulterior concentración y filtrado de dicho licor yfinalmenteen la eventual evaporación de ésteya sea en calienteya sea por liofilizaciónpara recoger el antibiótico en forma cristalizada.
