Abstract

1.Una válvula de disco para fluidos mejorada, de uso principalmente en los equipos de saneamiento, con una caja especial que puede ser fijada a los cuerpos de válvula y en la que, como elementos de válvula, hay un asiento de válvula en forma de disco plano con aberturas pasantes para el fluido que se mantiene inmóvil y un disco plano de regulación de válvula que descansa sobre el disco de asiento de válvula y al que se le puede hacer girar como elemento de control, caracterizada porque estos elementos de válvula están dispuestos en una parte de la caja especial (2) que sobresale del cuerpo de válvula (1); porque en la otra parte de dicha caja especial hay unos conductos (3) y (4) para la entrada y salida, respectivamente del fluido, y porque en la parte exterior de la superficie cilíndrica hay unos elementos de cierre hermético y de fijación con los que el conductor de entrada (3) puede ser conectado con estanqueidad al asiento de válvula (5) del cuerpo de válvula ( 1). 2.Una válvula de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la caja especial (2) es de forma aproximadamente cilíndrica y tiene una base (6) con una abertura central de entrada (7) y dos aberturas de salida (8) diametralmente opuestas en su zona central, en la que un disco de asiento de válvula (9), con la aberturas apropiadas está sujetado contra una de sus caras con estanqueidad y de modo que no pueda girar, teniendo adosado un disco de regulación de válvula (13) que tiene un conducto transversal de paso y que puede ser guiado en una caja acampanada (12) por medio de un husillo (11), estando el conducto de entrada (3) formado del otro lado de la base concéntrico a la abertura central de salida (7) y prolongándose hasta el asiento de válvula (5), porque el conducto de salida (4) está formado en una boquilla (14) que encierra en su interior los conductos de salida (8) y que es concéntrico al conducto de entada (3) y de menor longitud, y porque en su superficie cilíndrica exterior hay una rosca (15)para la adaptación y sujeción de la caja especial (2) al cuerpo de válvula (1). 3.Una válvula de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizada porque alrededor de cada uno de los conductores de salida (8) hay en la base ( 6) una ranura anular (16) y una ranura anular adicional (17)que abarca a ambos conductos de salida (8), las cuales sirven para acomodar una juntas (18) entre la base (6) y el disco de asiento de válvula (9), siendo la superficie (19) del disco, de asiento de válvula (9), en contacto con el fluido, mayor que la que incide sobre el disco de regulación de válvula (13). 4.Una válvula de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque el conducto de entrada (3) tiene un disco plano de cierre hermético (21) que hace aprieto, con interposición de una junta, en el asiento de válvula (5). 5.Una válvula de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizada porque la parte de la caja especial, (2) que sobresale con su caja acampanada (12), queda encerrada dentro de la empuñadura (22) de accionamiento de la válvula. 6.Una válvula de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizada porque la rosca (15) que hay en la superficie exterior cilíndrica es de ajuste suave, habiendo una contratuerca (23) y una junta anular (24) para su aprieto. 7.Una válvula de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, caracterizada porque la contratuerca (23) tiene la superficie exterior en su mayor parte cilíndrica y forma un soporte giratorio adicional (25) para la sujeción de la empuñadura (22) de accionamiento al husillo giratorio (11). 8.Una válvula de disco para fluidos mejorada.
