Abstract
Sistema de extracción de líquidos corporales para fines diagnósticos que comprende: - un aparato de extracción (1), - una carcasa (10) con un orificio de salida para la punta de la lanceta, - un soporte (20) de lancetas movible a lo largo de un trayecto de punción prefijado dentro de la carcasa (10) para alojar las lancetas (91) recambiables, - un cargador (90) con una serie de lancetas (91) adaptadas al aparato de extracción(1) que constan de un cuerpo y una punta y pueden acoplarse sucesivamente al soporte (20) de lancetas, las cuales llevan una protección estéril (91) de un material elastómero que garantiza la esterilidad de las lancetas no utilizadas hasta la punción y es perforado o desgarrado por la punta de la lanceta protegida, - una guía (92) de lancetas para dirigir el soporte (20) por el trayecto de punción prefijado tras la activación del movimiento de pinchazo, - un accionamiento de lancetas (30) con una pieza elástica (31) que al tensarla puede pasar de un estado relajado a un estado tirante y tras el disparo convierte su movimiento de relajación en un movimiento de punción durante el cual la lanceta (91) alojada en el soporte (20) se mueve a lo largo del trayecto de punción prefijado siguiendo la dirección del pinchazo hasta que la punta de la lanceta sobresale, al menos parcialmente, del orificio de salida y luego hace retroceder el soporte (20) a una posición en la cual la punta de la lanceta (91) queda dentro de la carcasa (10), y - un mecanismo combinado de tensión y disparo con un actuador (40) accesible en el exterior de la carcasa (10) que tiene un estado inicial y un estado activado y además dispone de un mecanismo de bloqueo (70) acoplado mecánicamente con el actuador (40) y el accionamiento de lancetas (30) de forma que al desplazar el actuador (40) a lo largo del trayecto de disparo primero se tensa dicho accionamiento (30) y luego se activa, liberándose al alcanzar cierto punto a lo largo del trayecto de disparo.
