Abstract

1.Un intercambiador de calor para agentes agresivos a base de tubos de plomo, especialmente de tubos de plomo extruidos, que por sus extremos están insertados, en especial soldados en fondos tubulares de acero estando los fondos tubulares provistos de una capa protectora, que está dotada de una abertura de paso para los tubos de plomo y ala que están acoplados dichos tubos , siendo el grueso de su material mayor que el grueso de pared de los tubos de plomo, caracterizado porque las aberturas de paso (4), al menos de la capa protectora (3) del lado de entrada, se estrechan a partir del lado exterior de la capa protectora en dirección a los tubos de plomo (1) hasta adoptar el diámetro interior de dichos tubos de plomo (1), coincidiendo las superficies de estrechamiento (8) en el plano exterior de la capa protectora (3) formando nervios (9) a manera de aristas. 2.Un intercambiador de calor, de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el grueso del material de la capa protectora (3), asciende a 3 hasta siete veces el grueso de la pared de los tubos de plomo (1), 3. Un intercambiador de calor, de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque el ángulo de estrechamiento de las superficies estrechadas (8) asciende a aproximadamente 50 grados. 4.Un intercambiador de calor, de acuerdo, con una cualquier de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3.,con tubos de plomo dotados de nervios dirigidos substancialmente en sentido radial hacia dentro, caracterizado porque los cantos frontales (11) de los nervios (10) , correspondiente al lado del fondo tubular, están biselados conforme el ángulo de estrechamiento. 5.,Un intercambiador de calor, de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado porque las superficies estrechas (8¿9 están redondeadas . 6.Un intercambiador de calor para agentes agresivos a base de tubos de plomo.
