Abstract

Envase de producto consumible dotado de una pared (15) esencialmente plana y provista de un orificio (13), estando equipado el mencionado envase con un dispositivo de apertura y de cierre (1) que comprende un cuerpo (2) de una sola pieza, de material moldeado, fijo sobre la mencionada pared (15), constando el mencionado cuerpo (2) de una placa (20) provista de un agujero (30) colocado frente al mencionado orificio (13) y fija sobre el borde (19) del mencionado orificio (13) de la pared (15) de forma estanca y de una trampilla (40) articulada en esta placa (20) que se abre hacia el interior del envase y adecuada para obturar este agujero (30) de forma estanca, comprendiendo el mencionada dispositivo de apertura, además, un brazo (50) conectado con la mencionada trampilla (40), cooperando el mencionado brazo (50) con unos medios de bloqueo en una posición tal que mantiene la mencionada trampilla (40) en posición de obturación estanca y liberando la mencionada trampilla (40) pivotando hacia el interior del mencionado envase cuando se desacopla de los mencionados medios de bloqueo, caracterizado porque el mencionado envase comprende, además, una tapa (80) distinta del mencionado cuerpo (2) y del mencionado brazo (50) y que está provista de un opérculo de seguridad (100, 104) que debe romperse en el momento de la primera apertura de la mencionada trampilla (40), de forma que si el mencionado opérculo de seguridad está intacto, se garantiza que el envase no se ha abierto nunca antes, formando parte el mencionado opérculo de los mencionados medios de bloqueo
