Abstract

Composición farmacéutica adecuada para la orientación magnética, comprendiendo la composición nanopartículas magnéticas, un medio de dispersión acuoso que presenta un contenido de sólidos de entre 8 y 25 mg/ml, comprendiendo las partículas un núcleo de partícula magnética y un recubrimiento que comprende un ácido graso, en el que el ácido graso es ácido láurico y en el que los núcleos de las partículas se recubren con 25 a 45 partes en peso del ácido graso por cada 100 partes en peso de núcleo de la partícula, en el que el núcleo de las partículas es un óxido de hierro, y en el que las partículas magnéticas comprenden además mitoxantrona, que se adhiere directamente sobre la superficie de los núcleos de las partículas y/o en el interior de un agregado de los núcleos de partícula mediante interacción electrostática
