5 Comedero desmontable para ganado ovino y caprino para paca rectangular y cilindrica. Sector de la Tecnica La invenciOn se encuadra en el sector tecnico de la industria de fabricaci6n de aparatos, elementos y dispositivos para la alimentacion de 10 ganado, concretamente el ovino y caprino. Estado de la tecnica Actualmente se pueden encontrar en el mercado algunos aparatos de 15 diversa configuracion y forma destinados a la alimentacion del ganado ovino y caprino. Para la construccion de dichos aparatos se emplean diferentes materiales, aunque los mas comunes son la madera y el acero galvanizado. Suelen ser aparatos compactos, no desmontables o dificiles de 20 desmontar, con el consiguiente problema de transporte y almacenaje (cuando no se necesitan). La capacidad de carga de dichos comederos es de 1 paca de paja o heno dificiles de cargar, ya que se suelen golpear las barras laterales con la paca, doblandolas por el peso de la misma. Los de madera tienen el inconveniente de que se deterioran muy rapidamente ocasionando un gasto de 25 mantenimiento o reemplazo. Debido a los materiales de los que estan fabricados y su tipo de construccion sus precios suelen ser elevados. La ventaja tecnica que aporta la invencion es que los materiales de los que esta compuesta son estandar y se pueden encontrar en cualquier herreria del 30 pals, por lo que el precio de fabricacion es reducido. Su configuracion, sin tornillos, permite montarla y desmontarla de un modo muy sencillo permitiendo su almacenado y transporte sin ocupar apenas espacio. Su apertura frontal y trasera permite cargar las pacas enteras, sin tener que levantarlas. Se pueden tener piezas laterales de diferentes medidas para poder configurar el 35 comedero de manera que quepan 1 o 2 pacas, permitiendo al ganadero reducir la frecuencia de alimentacion al ganado. Deseripcion detallada de la invencion La presente invencion consiste en un comedero desmontable para ganado ovino y caprino para paca rectangular o cilindrica (hasta un diametro de 25 180 cm) tanto de paja y heno como de hierba ensilada. Funcionamiento del comedero (figura 1): Una vez colocadas las pacas en el interior del comedero (1), el ganado 30 accede a la paca a taxes de las rejas principales (2) que estan unidas por ganchos (5) a las rejas limitadoras (3). El empuje del ganado al ir consumiendo la hierba desplaza las parejas de rejas principal y limitadora (2)-(3) sobre las rejas laterales (4), que hacen de guia, produciendo un movimiento de dichas partes hacia el interior del comedero de acuerdo a las direciones indicadas por 35 flechas en la figura 1, permitiendo al ganado consumir la paca de un modo homogeneo. Las bisagras (6) soldadas en la reja principal permiten su apoyo y desplazamiento sobre las rejas laterales (4) asi como su apertura a modo de puerta. Las chapas en forma de L (7) soldadas en los extremos de la reja limitadora impiden que esta se descuelgue de su apoyo. 40 ComposiciOn del comedero: La invenciOn se montan sin tornilleria configurando un recinto de planta rectangular abierto por arriba y compuesta por las siguientes piezas en forma de 45 reja: • 2 rejas principales (figura 2 y 3): Los animales acceden a la comida a traves de ellas. Las barras horizontales inferiores impiden que el cuerpo del animal se meta en el comedero dejando pasar el cuello unicamente. Las bisagras soldadas en las 5 esquinas de la reja (6) permiten que esta se mueva hacia el interior del comedero a medida que los animales la empujan, igualmente quitando el bulon de cierre (8) de la bisagra estas permiten su apertura a modo de puerta hasta un angulo de 1300. • 2 rejas limitadoras (figura 4): Se monta paralela a la reja 10 principal dejando una separacion de 24 cm entre ambas. Esta reja (3) se apoya sobre las rejas laterales mientras una pequeria chapa metalica (7) soldada al extremo del tubo impide que la reja se descuelgue de las rejas laterales. • 2 rejas laterales (figura 5): Es el cierre lateral del comedero y 15 sus barras horizontales impiden que Los animales puedan acceder a la hierba. Procedimiento de apertura del comedero (Figuras 6 y 7): Para cargar la/s paca/s en el comedero primero se quitan los bulones en las dos bisagras (6) de una de las esquinas del comedero, 30 despues se levantan los seis ganchos (5) que unen la reja principal (2) y la limitadora (3), y se abren en sentidos opuestos a modo de puerta hasta un maximo de 130° haciendo de barrera de contencion del ganado. Se tiene un acceso libre de obstaculos al interior del comedero. 35 40 Almacenamiento del comedero Cuando el comedero no se emplee, se puede desmontar sin necesidad de usar ninguna herramienta y sus 6 piezas se pueden apilar o apoyar en una pared sin apenas ocupar espacio. Dicha holgura permite que la reja principal (2) se mueva hacia el centro del comedero y la forma en L de las bisagras permiten la apertura de la reja, a derecha o izquierda, a modo de puerta.
