Es decir, el documento D01 afecta a la novedad de las reivindicaciones 1 y 6 en el sentido del artículo 6 de la Ley de Patentes 11/1986, de 20 de marzo. -Reivindicaciones 2 y 5 Las características técnicas de estas reivindicaciones son meras opciones de diseño que el experto en la materia puede implementar a la vista del alojamiento para dispositivos eléctricos empotrable descrito en el documento D01. Por tanto, el documento D01 afecta a la actividad inventiva de las reivindicaciones 2 y 5 en el sentido del artículo 8 de la Ley de Patentes 11/1986, de 20 de marzo. -Reivindicación 3 La tapa del alojamiento para dispositivos eléctricos descrito en el documento D01 no est� articulada en un eje intermedio. El problema técnico que se deriva de esta diferencia es definir dos partes de la tapa articuladas entre s�, siendo una de ellas una parte unida a la caja. Por otro lado, el documento D02, referido a una caja de conexiones para dispositivos eléctricos, s� cuenta con un eje intermedio de modo que se definen dos partes articuladas entre s�. De acuerdo con las figuras, una de las tapas puede quedar unida a la caja, de modo que la otra constituye la zona abatible para el paso de cables. A la vista del documento D02, el experto en la materia puede incorporar el eje intermedio en la tapa, definiéndose dos partes articuladas entre s�, de modo que se obtenga la invención reivindicada. Es decir, la combinación de los documentos D01 y D02 afecta a la actividad inventiva de la reivindicación 1 en el sentido del artículo 8 de la Ley de Patentes 11/1986, de 20 de marzo. -Reivindicación 4 La tapa del alojamiento para dispositivos eléctricos descrito en el documento D01 no est� articulada en dos ejes intermedios de modo que se definan tres partes articuladas, comprendiendo el enlace entre la tapa y la caja dos ejes que se apoyan en la caja. Por otro lado, el documento D03, referido a un alojamiento para computadores, describe un alojamiento con tapa con eje intermedio que define dos partes articuladas y en el que el enlace entre la tapa y la parte fija comprende dos ejes que se apoyan en la caja (ver figuras). El experto en la materia puede incorporar las características técnicas del documento D03 en el alojamiento para dispositivos eléctricos del documento D01 llegando a la invención reivindicada. La incorporación de un eje intermedio más, obteniendo tres partes articuladas en la tapa, es una mera opción de diseño, a la que se puede llegar desde la definición de dos partes articuladas descritas. Por tanto, la combinación de los documentos D01 y D03 afecta a la actividad inventiva de la reivindicación 4 en el sentido del artículo 8 de la Ley de Patentes 11/1986, de 20 de marzo. -Reivindicación 7 El alojamiento descrito en el documento D01 no tiene los dispositivos eléctricos dispuestos en fila en una carcasa fijada a la caja. Pero el documento D04 s� describe esta característica técnica. El experto en la materia puede incorporar las características técnicas del documento D04 en el alojamiento para dispositivos eléctricos del documento D01 llegando a la invención reivindicada. Por tanto, la combinación de los documentos D01 y D04 afecta a la actividad inventiva de la reivindicación 4 en el sentido del artículo 8 de la Ley de Patentes 11/1986, de 20 de marzo. The incorporation of one more intermediate axis, obtaining three articulated parts in the lid, is a mere design option, which can be reached from the definition of two articulated parts described. Therefore, the combination of documents D01 and D03 affects the inventive activity of claim 4 within the meaning of article 8 of Patent Law 11/1986 of March 20. - Claim 7 The housing described in document D01 does not have the electrical devices arranged in a row in a housing fixed to the box. But document D04 does describe this technical characteristic. The person skilled in the art can incorporate the technical characteristics of document D04 into the housing for electrical devices of document D01 arriving at the claimed invention. Therefore, the combination of documents D01 and D04 affects the inventive activity of claim 4 within the meaning of article 8 of Patent Law 11/1986 of March 20.
