Abstract

1.Tapón vertedor para botellas, frascos y similares, del tipo que comprende un cuerpo (1) apropiado para fijarse sobre el gollete del recipiente y provisto de un pico vertedor formado por un manguito cilíndrico (10) que encierra, con un juego anular propio para dejar paso al líquido, un disco transversal (17) unido por unos brazos substancialmente verticales (16) a la parte inferior del pico o manguito precitado, caracterizado porque los brazos (16) se unen a la parte inferior por una zona anular perforada (14), orientada oblicuamente de arriba abajo en dirección al eje de dicho pico, formando así resalte por el interior de la base de este último, de manera que determina una especie de barrera para el líquido cuando tiene lugar el flujo, permitiendo al mismo tiempo la entrada de aire en el interior del recipiente. 2. Tapón según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la zona anular perforada (14) comprende un anillo inferior (15) que se une a la base de los brazos de unión (16). 3.Tapónsegún cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, del tipo en el cual el cuerpo (1) está fijado sobre el gollete (3) por un estribo anular (12) que cabalga el borde superior de éste y que está unido a la base del pico vertedor (10) por un tabique anular, caracterizado porque el tabique anular (11) está orientado oblicuamente a la inversa de la zona anular perforada (14). 4. Tapón vertedor para botellas, frascos y similares.
