The present application refers to a system of storage, generation and regulation of electrical energy on a floating platform (16), in which energy from a generator system or from the electricity grid is stored in form of potential energy by lifting one or more weights (17) by means of an electric motor (22). Subsequently, the weight drops and the energy is transformed again by an electric generator into electricity that it will be injected into the network (Reiv.1). The system comprises the following elements (Reiv.2): - Fullness of electric power generating elements, as well as electric distribution network. - Fullness of electrical conductors (12) from the electricity generating elements. -Anchors piles (13). -Mooring cables (15) anchored by the piles that hold the platform (16). -Platform on the water surface (16). -Weight elements (17). -Supporting cables of the weight elements (18). -Electrical conductors (19) that connect the platform with the electrical distribution network. -Coils or reels that stores the cable (12). -Electric substation (21). -Electric motor (22). -Electric generator (23). - Coupling transmission (24) between lifting mechanism (25) and electric motor (22), electric generator (23), electric motor reversible (29). - Lifting mechanism (25) of the weight elements (17). It has safety and braking elements. -Reductor (26) for the electric motor; multiplier (27) for the electric generator. -Reversible electric motor (29). -Electrical conductor between electrical substation (21) and electric motor or electric generator or reversible machine. -Mechanical transmission system (31). -Structure to maintain high previous elements if the platform is submerged. The system provides several elements of weight that perform the up and down cycles of outdated (Reiv.4). Additionally, it is also indicated that the system elements can be single or multiple, incorporate automation and control in different elements or work phases of the system, incorporate a storage system from the energy producing elements prior to its discharge to the network, or adapt it for use in a boat or in a submerged platform Documents D01, D02, D03 and D04 disclose storage and power generation systems where the energy from different generating systems or from the electricity grid is stored in the form of potential energy by lifting one or more weights, to later generate energy when the weight drops. Is considered therefore, these documents anticipate the first claim of the application. The system disclosed in document D01 is located on a floating platform (1210 in Figure 12), anchored to the bottom marine by means of elements (1250), with an intermediate positioning element (1220), and with a generation zone in one end of the platform (1200) where the motor / generator is located, and the weight elevator (1240) to which a cable (1230). There is also an electrical connection (1260) from the generation zone to the seabed, from where part another driver to the power grid. Weight loss and gain can be done in a controlled way electronically Figure 13 shows a variant in which there are several weights that can go up and down individually, and in the Figure 17 considers the use of wind energy for lifting the weights. From the information disclosed in D01, differences are found with respect to claim 2 of the application, such as the use of safety and braking elements in the movement of weights or the use of a reducer in the electric motor and a multiplier in the generator, by way of example. These are widely known, and it would not be any inventive activity to implement them in the invention disclosed in D01. The same applies to the use of several outdated weights, since the weights disclosed in D01 could work in outdated cycles by indicating that they are raised and lowered individually. It is considered that the rest of the claims of the application imply small differences with respect to the documents of the State of the Art, but that these differences have no inventive activity. Therefore, the invention as a whole would lack inventive activity, resulting in the characteristics set forth in claim 1 anticipated by the documents of the State of the Art (Art. 6 and 8 Patent Law).
