Abstract
Las realizaciones de la presente descripción dan a conocer técnicas en las que un dispositivo puede transmitir, a un controlador de red de un sistema de paquetes evolucionado (EPS), un primer mensaje de estrato de no acceso (NAS) que incluye un elemento de información (EI) de las propiedades del dispositivo con un indicador de prioridad baja establecido para indicar que una estación móvil (EM) está configurada para una prioridad baja de señalización NAS; transmitir un segundo mensaje NAS para establecer una conexión de red de paquetes de datos (PDN), incluyendo el segundo mensaje NAS un indicador de prioridad baja establecido para indicar que la EM no está configurada para una prioridad baja de señalización NAS; y realizar un procedimiento de gestión de sesiones EPS (ESM) relacionado con la conexión PDN o un procedimiento de gestión de la movilidad de EPS relacionado con la PDN.
