Esta pieza (19) (generalmente fabricada por inyección de plástico) presenta al menos un medio de fijación (23) que la une con la pared de aparato (25). En cuanto al material en que está realizado el componente de canal, en el documento D01 no se divulga, pero el plástico inyectado es un material ampliamente conocido en el estado de la técnica y muy utilizado en la fabricación de frigoríficos, por lo que no supondría un esfuerzo inventivo para el experto en la materia, utilizarlo para realizar dicho componente. También el componente (36) del documento D01 ha de presentar unos medios de fijación que lo unan con la pared del aparato (76), tal y como se ve en la figura 8 de dicho documento. Dichos medios consisten en una placa de unión (parte plana circular del componente 36) adyacente a la pared del aparato, que rodea la abertura de paso (24), la cual está unida sin huecos con la pared (figura 8). Los medios de unión de la pieza a la pared no quedan especificados en el documento D01, pero el hecho de que se trate de soldadura de material plástico, en especial por ultrasonidos, no aporta ningún efecto sorprendente e inesperado y sería una opción a valorar por el experto en la materia que quiera unir ambas piezas. Además posee el componente (36) unos medios de encaje adicionales (46) que soportan un componente de aparato (40) que se encuentra en el lado opuesto a la pared. En este caso el componente de aparato es una boquilla (40) accionada por electromotor y no una tapa como en la invención a estudio. Por todo ello, se considera que las reivindicaciones 1-4 y 6 carecen de actividad inventiva según la Ley 11/1986, Art. 8.1.
