Abstract

Procedimiento de descomposición de soluciones en agua destilada y sales secas, y correspondiente instalación para la puesta en práctica del mismo.#El procedimiento y la instalación tienen por finalidad separar, de una suspensión o solución de agua, agua destilada por una parte y sales secas y clasificadas por otra, llevándose a cabo un proceso en el que tiene lugar una primera filtración de la solución, seguida de una aplicación de temperatura y presión de baja en intercambiador, para seguidamente separar por una parte salmuera concentrada y por otra parte vapor saturado, para hacer pasar la salmuera a través de un agitador, al que es posible complementarse con ultrasonidos de alta y baja frecuencia, para a continuación pasar dicha salmuera por un separador en el que tiene lugar la separación de sales secas que son recogidas en una gaveta y la separación de vapor seco que es enviado de nuevo a los intercambiadores citados en primer lugar, para finalmente conseguir una licuación de agua destilada que es recogida en un tanque de almacenamiento.Procedure of decomposition of solutions in distilled water and dry salts, and corresponding installation for the implementation thereof. # The procedure and installation are intended to separate, from a suspension or solution of water, distilled water on the one hand and dry salts and classified by another, carrying out a process in which a first filtration of the solution takes place, followed by an application of temperature and low pressure in exchanger, to then separate by a concentrated brine part and on the other hand saturated steam, to pass the brine through an agitator, which can be complemented by high and low frequency ultrasound, then pass said brine through a separator in which the separation of dry salts that are collected in a drawer takes place and the dry steam separation that is sent back to the exchangers mentioned first, to finally get a li distilled water that is collected in a storage tank.
