Abstract
Procedimiento para cristalizar material semiconductor que presente características uniformes de conductividad eléctrica, a partir de una masa líquida que comprende como ingrediente principal un material extrínseco semiconductor fusible; caracterizado porque dicha masa líquida que comprende como ingredientes secundarios, por lo menos dos solutos apreciables o influyentes 1 y 2, en los cuales una de las dos características (a) tipo inductor de conductividad, y (b) signo de la cantidad (1-K), es opuesta para los dos solutos, mientras que la otra característica es igual para ambos, y porque la relación entre la concentración del soluto 2 en el líquido y la del soluto 1, es de 0,8 a 1,2 veces el valor absoluto de R*, siendo R* la relación entre el coeficiente de ritmo de crecimiento del coeficiente de distribución del soluto 1 y el del soluto 2, mientras que K denota el coeficiente de distribución efectiva.
