Abstract

Concentrador solar del tipo de los utilizados en plantas termosolares de receptor central, consistente en una superficie reflectante con geometría definida, discretizada dicha superficie en elementos especulares simples de menor tamaño y sin geometría definida denominados facetas (1), especialmente diseñados para que su disposición y mecanismo de amarre sobre una estructura soporte (2) conformada les proporcione la capacidad de adaptarse con un grado de libertad a la geometría de dicha superficie y, además, auto-alinearse para conseguir una determinada distribución de irradiancia solar sobre un blanco. El proceso tradicional de alineación de los heliostatos convencionales queda así completamente suprimido, reduciéndose la puesta a punto de la óptica del heliostato a su proceso de montaje, el cual, como efecto adicional de la invención, no demanda instrumentos de precisión ni técnicos cualificados, todo ello sin menoscabo de la calidad óptica del heliostato.
