Abstract
Unidad valvular para controlar el suministro de un gas combustible, en particular para el suministro a través deun aparato contador de gas que incluye una tubería principal de paso de gas (2), comprendiendo la unidad: - una servoválvula con un primer asiento de válvula (3) previsto en dicha tubería y asociado a un respectivoprimer actuador (6) con control de diafragma (7) para la apertura de dicho asiento (3) en contra de la acción deun primer muelle recuperador (22), - una cámara de mando (10) para controlar la servoválvula, estando la cámara en comunicación con una secciónde entrada (4) de la tubería principal (2), corriente arriba de dicho primer asiento de válvula (3), siendo un lado(7a) de dicho diafragma (7) sometido a la presión reinante en dicha cámara (10), siendo el otro lado (7b)sometido a la presión reinante corriente abajo del primer asiento de válvula, en la zona de una sección de salida(5) de dicha tubería (2), - estando dicha cámara de mando (10) en comunicación con dicha sección se salida (5) a través de un segundoasiento de válvula (9) que coopera con un segundo obturador (8), - una varilla de mando (13) que está operativamente asociada a dicho primer y a dicho segundo obturador (6, 8),para controlarlos para la apertura o el cierre de los respectivos asientos (3, 9), - unos medios de accionamiento (14) que están asociados a dicha varilla de mando (13) a fin de mover dichosobturadores (6, 8) para alejarlos de los respectivos asientos de válvula (3, 9) y para aproximarlos a los mismos,caracterizada por el hecho de que dicha varilla de mando (13) está prendida a al menos dicho primerobturador (6) de forma tal que es capaz de deslizarse de manera limitada con respecto al mismo, con un juegopredeterminado, de tal manera que la varilla es móvil por medio de la actuación de dichos medios deaccionamiento (14), sin interferencia con el primer obturador (6) a lo largo de al menos una parte de la carrera deseparación de dicho primer obturador (6) y también en contra de la acción elástica de unos mediosrecuperadores (15), a fin de almacenar energía en dichos medios recuperadores (15) y transferirla a dicho primerobturador (6) a fin de obligarlo a separarse del asiento de válvula (3) y asegurar la apertura para el paso de gasen la tubería principal (2).
