Abstract

Módulo de fibra hueca para sistemas de separación de fangos, que incluyendo membranas de fibra huecaque filtran el agua enfangada que sale limpia después por un tubo de aspiración, e incluyendo también medios deaireación de ese agua enfangada, determinado a partir de un cabezal superior (1) que incorpora al menos un tubo deaspiración (2) y una estructura inferior de aireación con perforaciones (11) por donde sale el aire, acoplándose a estaestructura de aireación inferior una sucesión de membranas en forma de "U" (4) dispuestas en planos paralelos,cuyos terminales extremos desembocan en el tubo de aspiración (2), incluyéndose además un mecanismo regulablepara unir el cabezal y la estructura inferior de aireación que además de armar y rigidizar el módulo ayuda a regular latensión de las membranas de fibra hueca (4); incluyéndose también medios de acoplamiento de módulos sucesivos,caracterizado por que el mecanismo regulable es un dispositivo regulador de tensión permanente (21) capacitadopara absorber las variaciones de longitud que sufren las membranas de fibra hueca (4), comprendiendo el dispositivoregulador de tensión (21) unos resortes (22) acoplados alrededor de unas varillas guía (7), de manera que unextremo presiona contra el cabezal (1), mientras que el otro extremo apoya contra las citadas varillas guía (7), y lasvarillas guía alargadas (7) se ajustan por sus tramos extremos en unos orificios enfrentados (10, 10') del cabezal (1)y la estructura de aireación inferior, complementándose dicho mecanismo con unas tuercas (8) de graduación y topemecánico, acopladas dichas tuercas en unos roscados de dichas varillas guía alargadas (7)
