Los documentos D01 y D02 presentan diversos accionamientos giratorios de un reflector solar del tipo reivindicado en la primera reivindicación de la solicitud de patente y basados en el uso de un cilindro hidráulico asociado a diversos brazos/palancas/árboles que permiten girar el reflector solar alrededor de un eje de giro fijo con una gran amplitud de giro. Si bien la primera reivindicación de la solicitud de patente en estudio aborda el mismo problema técnico que los documentos D01 y D02, lo resuelve de diferente manera proponiendo ciertos elementos mecánicos y una asociación entre ellos que no se encuentra divulgada ni sugerida por los documentos del estado de la técnica indicados y se considera que no resulta obvio para un experto en la materia que partiera de dicho estado de la técnica el proponer un sistema de accionamiento como el que pretende proteger dicha reivindicación 1 de la solicitud de patente . Por tanto la invención, de acuerdo con la primera reivindicación de la solicitud de patente, por no encontrarse recogida en el estado de la técnica es nueva (Ley 11/1986, Art. 6.1.) y, por no resultar del mismo de una manera obvia para un experto en la materia, tiene actividad inventiva (Ley 11/1986, Art. 8.1.). Por contar la primera reivindicación con novedad y actividad inventiva las reivindicaciones dependientes de la misma, es decir las reivindicaciones 2 a 8, presentan igualmente novedad (Ley 11/1986, Art. 6.1.) y actividad inventiva (Ley 11/1986, Art. 8.1.).
