El accesorio reivindicado en la presente solicitud, de acuerdo con la reivindicación nº 1 difiere de lo conocido en el documento D01, en la existencia de un tramo roscado en los brazos sobre el que va montada una arandela roscada cuyo funcionamiento determina la presión o liberación del tacón, y aunque este problema se resuelve en el documento D01 con la existencia de una pieza elástica o muelle (30) que une los 4 brazos, no reúne las mismas características técnicas que las reivindicadas sin embargo, este problema también ha sido resuelto usando arandelas roscadas en un accesorio para zapatos de tacón fino en el documento D02 donde se divulga que sobre un tramo roscado del accesorio para calzado se ha previsto el montaje de una arandela roscada (8) que en su giro establece la presión o liberación del tacón (descripción, columna 2, líneas 27-34, 53-66, columna 3, líneas 50-75, figuras 5 y 9). El experto en la materia podría por lo tanto considerar como una opción válida el incorporar dichas características en el accesorio descrito en el documento D01 para resolver el problema planteado. Con respecto a las características descritas en la reivindicación nº 2, el documento D01 divulga que los brazos constitutivos de la pinza presentan zonas de contacto con la superficie lateral del tacón con elementos de superficie blanda y antideslizante tal como goma (descripción, columna 2, líneas 33 a 40). Con respecto a las características divulgadas en la reivindicación nº 3, donde se divulga que el tramo roscado de los brazos es troncocónico y complementario del tramo roscado de la arandela constituye una alternativa de diseño obvia para un experto en la materia. Lo mismo sucede con respecto la reivindicación nº 4.
